Srimayi recently graduated from MIT with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Energy Studies.

Working with D-Lab's Humanitarian Innovation program, she developed curriculum for the Faros Horizon Center Design Program in Athens, Greece and wrote her senior thesis on the evolution of the program. In addition to her work with D-Lab in Greece, she has taken the D-Lab classes Design for Scale, D-Lab: Development, and Introduction to Energy in Global Development.

Srimayi also served as a managing director and vice president in the MIT Energy Club. She organized the 2019 MIT Energy Conference, coordinating across multiple universities, five keynote speakers, and over 40 panelists.

She also has experience working as a summer associate at The Boston Consulting Group and in Chevron's Energy Technology Company. She is a recipient of the Fulbright Anne Wexler Scholarship in Public Policy, and she will be heading to Australia in 2021 to pursue a master's degree in Sustainability at the University of Sydney.
