Laura joined the staff of the International Development Innovation Network in 2014 to develop a strategy for tracking the successes and internalizing the lessons of its programs. Prior to D-Lab, she worked as a consultant specializing in the monitoring and evaluation of financial inclusion programs. Laura has a masters in Development Practice from Columbia University's School for International and Public Affairs, where she designed and piloted a hands-on course in program design and evaluation. Her work has taken her to more than 10 countries across Africa and Latin America. She loves teaching, reading, learning languages, and singing, and has a soft spot for show tunes.
